"We delivered our 2000 Road King via AAA tow from Idyllwild Saturday a few minuetes after your 4:30PM closing on Memorial Day weekend and were greeted with "how can we help you"! Fantastic way to be greeted on what I thought was going to be a leave the bike chained to some fence pole in the parking lot over a 3 day weekend- but one of your mechanics (failed to get his name) started taking the side covers off, tested for spark and fuel pressure and removed the ECM Power Commander in a matter of minuetes. After a few tests- we were up and running again to our destination in PS! Thanks to all of the PS Harley service staff for staying late and getting us on our way--truely saved our weekend--bravo!! Made it home safe and still running great!
